Monitors shelter safety and property conditions, conducts client wellness checks and orientations, documents observations, provides hospitality and crisis intervention, and supports cleaning, laundry, minor maintenance, scheduling, and staff training. The role serves individuals experiencing homelessness, serious mental illness, and substance use disorders, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Provides peer recovery support to unsheltered and housed clients, helping them access housing and community resources. Conducts outreach, delivers supportive services, documents client information in CT1 and HMIS, maintains confidentiality and compliance, completes incident reports, meets billing expectations, attends training, and transports clients as needed. Supports the supportive housing manager with program administration and requires flexible scheduling, behavioral health experience, outreach experience, and peer recovery certification.

Monitor shelter facilities and provide a safe, welcoming environment for clients experiencing homelessness, mental illness, or substance use disorders. Conduct health and safety inspections, wellness checks, orientations, property monitoring, behavioral documentation, crisis intervention, and emergency-service coordination. Support minor repairs, cleaning, laundry, and hospitality needs. Requires flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, along with basic computer skills and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
