Lead day-to-day operations across housing, programs, and support functions; ensure compliance with grant requirements; drive quality assurance, performance metrics, process improvement, and multi-site operational readiness while partnering with CEO on strategy.

Provide a safe, welcoming shelter environment by conducting health and safety inspections, wellness checks, orientations, property monitoring, basic maintenance, cleaning, laundry support, documentation, and crisis intervention using CPI and emergency services when needed.

Provide a safe, welcoming overnight shelter environment by conducting health and safety inspections, wellness checks, client orientations, crisis intervention using CPI, minor maintenance, laundry and cleaning, documenting client behavior, and coordinating and coaching Housing Monitor staff.
