Provide frontline customer service and sales support: handle routine inquiries, qualify prospects using scripts, maintain CRM data, generate leads, assist business development, and follow compliance procedures.

Advise and sell long-term insurance and investment solutions using consultative selling. Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, manage sales data/software, strengthen client relationships, and meet FAIS/Regulatory requirements. Requires valid driver’s licence and own car, clear criminal and credit checks, and completion of insurance licensing.

Identify clients' financial needs, provide consultative advice, recommend and implement fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions, build trust and long-term client relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct selling and customer-focused service.
