Leads Symmetry’s institutional multi-manager investment capability, including portfolio construction, manager selection, risk, governance, performance, and implementation. Represents the firm with institutional clients, trustees, and asset consultants while supporting new-business origination, mandate retention, and proposition development. Builds investment leadership and talent, maintains fiduciary standards, and oversees portfolios across traditional, alternative, active, and passive strategies in the South African institutional market.

Provide financial advice and sell long-term insurance and investment products; identify client needs, qualify prospects, manage sales data and relationships, meet regulatory FAIS requirements, and maintain clear background checks and local mobility (driver and car).

Provide multichannel customer support across products and business areas, resolving cases, managing expectations, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting retention. The role includes administrative processing, digital adoption support, compliance, quality and productivity management, customer feedback reporting, process improvement, and collaboration with internal teams and service providers.
