Conduct economic, event-driven, company-specific, quantitative, and qualitative research for an options trading team. Analyze financial information, market events, datasets, and securities to identify trading opportunities and assess impacts on underlying options. Serve as a research contact for traders, support market-data analysis and strategy testing, and communicate insights in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment across domestic and international markets.

Sources and engages candidates, primarily for technical roles, while building talent pipelines and supporting recruiting strategies. Evaluates and pitches candidates, provides a strong candidate experience, compiles pipeline and market intelligence reports, and maintains data integrity. The role offers exposure to full-cycle recruiting, including screening and interview coordination, while partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.

Build and maintain reliable, scalable post-trade systems supporting global trading across asset classes. Coordinate solutions across varied inputs, outputs, and latency requirements using Python and C++ within distributed systems. Apply Linux performance tuning and networking expertise, work with relational databases, and integrate FIX capabilities including execution management, market data, and drop copy. Collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and own projects in a fast-paced trading environment.
