Work with the Draper to pattern, cut, and fabricate costumes; prepare linings, trims, and decorative details; supervise stitchers to ensure quality and deadlines; perform shop and storage maintenance and restocking in a professional theatre costume shop.

Coordinate and manage cross-departmental projects from planning through completion. Develop project plans, timelines, and reports; facilitate meetings; track budgets, contracts, and risks; maintain project tools and documentation; liaise between departments to support organizational initiatives and strategic priorities. Assist Managing Director and department leaders to improve processes and ensure visibility of production and operational timelines.
