Leads enterprise-wide hospitality operations across multiple properties and departments. Partners with senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, improve guest and employee experiences, strengthen accountability, manage financial and labor performance, develop operating leaders, standardize procedures, and maintain property condition, safety, and readiness. The role oversees cross-functional initiatives, continuous improvement, operational risks, and consistent service standards across hotels, clubs, food and beverage, spa, engineering, reservations, and other functions.

Supervises daily operations of a boutique retail shop, leads Sales Associates, handles complex customer situations, supports merchandising and restocking, operates POS and inventory systems, manages opening and closing procedures, handles cash, and partners with the Manager to drive sales and maintain store standards.

Oversee front office operations, coach and supervise front desk and bell staff, ensure high customer service standards, manage checklists/SOPs, handle guest complaints and billing, maintain front desk supplies and records, and perform front desk duties as needed.
