Lead day-to-day HR operations and partner with the Director to advise leaders on employee relations, coaching, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, engagement, onboarding, and HR process improvements while supporting strategic people initiatives.

Oversee front office operations, coach and supervise front desk and bell staff, ensure high customer service standards, manage checklists/SOPs, handle guest complaints and billing, maintain front desk supplies and records, and perform front desk duties as needed.

Lead daily Market operations at a private club, manage and develop staff, handle scheduling, payroll, inventory and budgeting, ensure food safety and service standards, support events, and maintain a welcoming environment.
