Management Trainee receives hands-on training across service center operations including logistics, freight handling, shift supervision, AS400 and Workday tasks, forklift and CDL training, leadership development, process improvement, and temporary supervisory duties while traveling to other service centers.

Participate in hands-on training across service center operations, fill in as supervisor, complete CDL and forklift training, use AS400 and Workday, assign work, track performance, and recommend process improvements.

Participate in a rotational management trainee program learning all service center operations, including shift supervision, logistics, AS400 and Workday tasks, reporting, process improvement, forklift and CDL training, and temporary supervisory responsibilities with ~15% travel between centers.
