Responsibilities include developing prospects, analyzing revenue against goals, coordinating customer service and operations, resolving complaints and claims, supporting collections, maintaining account records, and pursuing new opportunities. The role requires frequent account contact, territory planning, customer entertainment, and knowledge of LTL transportation services, competitors, pricing, and tariffs.
