Develops affiliate, KOL, VIP trader, influencer, and crypto community partnerships across Hungary, Czechia, and Slovakia. Responsibilities include recruiting affiliates, increasing user acquisition and trading volume, managing partner relationships, expanding cooperation, analyzing competitors and market trends, and collaborating with product teams. The role requires crypto and financial-market expertise, strong negotiation and communication skills, and fluency in English plus Hungarian or a Balkan language.

Owns OKX’s global customer complaints program within Compliance. Oversees regulatory responses, complaints governance, quality assurance, second-line oversight, trend analysis, root-cause remediation, executive reporting, and regulatory alignment across jurisdictions. Coordinates with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, Risk, and Customer Support teams to address escalated complaints, monitor customer outcomes, strengthen controls, and track remediation through closure.

Owns the end-to-end design of Web3 wallet experiences, including transaction workflows, data displays, and feature interactions. The role develops research-informed concepts, wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and evaluative research. It partners with Product, Engineering, UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and leadership teams globally while advocating for users, facilitating design reviews, and using qualitative and quantitative data to improve DeFi products.
