Senior Compliance Manager will support and lead the Compliance Monitoring Programme, deputise for the MLRO/Head of Compliance, review marketing materials, handle complaints, maintain policy framework, liaise with regulators (MFSA), prepare board reports, and partner cross-functionally to embed EU/MFSA-aligned compliance across the business.

Lead affiliate and KOL partnership development in Poland: recruit affiliates/VIP traders, manage campaigns and tracking, drive trading volume and user acquisition, collaborate with product and analyze competitors and market trends.

Lead group statutory accounting and consolidated IFRS/US GAAP reporting. Advise on technical accounting, drive internal controls, support tax accounting, oversee M&A and system projects, and build a high-performing group finance team.
