Drive technical decisions, cross-functional initiatives, reliability improvements, and AI-enabled engineering capabilities.

Manages liquidity management operations, including SOP development, fund transfers, operational fees, trade capture, ledger reconciliation, and investigation of trade mismatches. Collaborates with liquidity managers, technical leads, and business analysts to improve workflows and operational controls. Requires knowledge of crypto exchange account structures, international transfers such as SWIFT and SEPA, financial fees, bilingual English and Chinese communication, and strong stakeholder management. Auditing, compliance, finance, and digital asset market experience are preferred.
