Build and maintain Tableau dashboards, Snowflake Streamlit applications, and dbt models for the Developer Led Growth team. Analyze experiments and initiatives, create measurement frameworks, identify data gaps and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Own analytics prioritization, communicate with technical and executive stakeholders, and use SQL, AI tools, and automation to scale analytical processes.

Lead architecture, development, and operation of Okta’s Integration Network platform. Design APIs, data models, security controls, distributed systems, and partner-facing integration frameworks. Own complex technical initiatives, modernize large production systems, drive cross-team decisions, improve observability and reliability, remediate vulnerabilities, and mentor engineers. Apply AI-assisted development practices while maintaining high standards for testing, code quality, backward compatibility, and customer-impacting system performance.

Own the growth strategy and execution of Okta and Auth0 free trials. Lead self-service sign-up, activation, experimentation, customer research, journey mapping, OKRs, roadmaps, and cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support. Build the free-trial program, establish processes and KPIs, improve conversion and time to value, and identify AI-driven product improvements.
