The Senior Counsel will support corporate legal work for a public company, including SEC filings, compliance, M&A, and corporate governance, while providing legal advice across various business teams.

Design, analyze, and specify fluids and power process systems for Oklo power plants. Develop equipment architecture and documentation, build and operate prototypes, support procurement and vendor testing, produce regulatory technical documentation, and own process systems across lifecycle stages.
