Leads Oklo’s corporate Strategy function, including enterprise strategy, strategic planning, portfolio decisions, executive and Board advising, and high-impact initiatives. Builds and manages the Strategy team, establishes analytical and planning standards, evaluates partnerships, acquisitions, capital initiatives, and new ventures, and coordinates strategic execution across functions and business units. The role requires substantial executive judgment, commercial and financial expertise, cross-functional leadership, and significant travel to headquarters and selected engagements.

Supports the corporate Strategy team through market, competitor, customer, partnership, and business-model research; financial modeling; scenario analysis; presentations; decision memos; recommendation development; stakeholder coordination; and strategic project execution. The role maintains trackers and reusable analyses while developing foundational strategy, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills under senior guidance.

Supports quarterly and annual SEC reporting, financial statement disclosures, tie-outs, accounting workpapers, technical accounting research, and month-end and quarter-end close activities. Performs SOX internal controls, reconciliations, journal entries, and analytical procedures. Coordinates with internal and external auditors, supports equity accounting and impairment assessments, and partners with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and controls.
