Establishes market data infrastructure, manages vendor relationships, delivers executive briefings, and builds a team of market analysts and data scientists.

Develop and maintain integrated schedules for complex energy and infrastructure projects across engineering, licensing, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning. Analyze critical paths, risks, forecasts, float, and schedule impacts; lead status cycles and planning meetings; integrate vendor schedules; create recovery scenarios and executive reports; and align cost, schedule, risk, and earned-value data while enforcing schedule quality and governance standards.
