Owns SEC financial reporting, technical accounting analyses, accounting policies, SOX controls, and audit coordination. Prepares Form 10-K and 10-Q filings, leads disclosure and accounting standards adoption, advises on complex transactions, improves reporting processes, and partners across finance, legal, procurement, and business teams. The role also manages auditor relationships, develops accounting playbooks, supports AI implementation opportunities, and coaches the accounting team.

Reviews, drafts, and negotiates procurement, SaaS, consulting, event, and related service agreements. Manages contracts from intake through execution using Ironclad, coordinates with Procurement and cross-functional teams, assesses legal and commercial risks, maintains contract records, and improves templates and playbooks. Provides contracting guidance, training, and self-service resources while independently prioritizing matters and escalating issues when needed.

Leads Oklo’s corporate Strategy function, including enterprise strategy, strategic planning, portfolio decisions, high-stakes initiatives, executive and Board advising, and cross-functional execution. Builds and manages the Strategy team, establishes rigorous planning and decision-making processes, evaluates partnerships, acquisitions, capital initiatives, and new ventures, and develops company-wide strategic capabilities.
