Conduct molecular immunology and functional genomics research on lupus-associated non-coding genetic variants. Responsibilities include molecular biology experiments, CRISPR genome editing, gene expression and chromatin assays, immune cell culture, flow cytometry, immunological functional studies, and data analysis. The scientist will collaborate with computational biologists integrating GWAS, functional genomics, and AI-based predictions, while contributing to publications and grant applications.

Conducts in vitro and in vivo research on TGF-beta signaling, organ fibrosis, and cardiovascular disease. Responsibilities include experimental design, molecular and biochemical data analysis, collaboration, manuscript and presentation preparation, grant support, laboratory recordkeeping, and participation in scientific meetings and professional development. Preferred experience includes mouse models, microsurgery, and ultrasound imaging.

Conduct biomedical research on lymphatic vessel and cardiovascular valve development and disease mechanisms. Apply mouse models, imaging, molecular and cellular biology, biochemistry, transcriptomics, and bioinformatics. Develop independent research directions, analyze results, present findings, contribute to publications, and collaborate within an interdisciplinary laboratory team.
