Teams at Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center

Manages website content, event listings, media outreach, communications calendars, targeted campaigns, and digital promotions. Tracks web and campaign analytics, prepares reports, writes and edits content, coordinates media coverage, supports communications committee materials, and maintains consistent messaging across platforms. Collaborates with internal departments, IT, vendors, media representatives, and community partners while managing multiple communications projects and deadlines.

Manages the annual membership program, including renewals, communications, benefit fulfillment, stewardship, retention, and growth. Maintains donor and member records, processes gifts and pledges, prepares acknowledgments and correspondence, and supports database integrity. Provides administrative and operational support for fundraising activities, meetings, events, mailings, reports, and special projects while collaborating across departments and engaging donors and members professionally.

Manage Oklahoma Contemporary's institutional grants program: prospect research, proposal development and submission, grant tracking, stewardship, reporting, and cross-department coordination to ensure compliance and meet fundraising goals.
