Oversees ERP, CRM, payroll, project management, and communications platforms; develops dashboards and automation solutions; manages vendors and internal IT staff; and leads technology due diligence and post-merger integrations for acquisitions. Partners with executive and operating leaders to scale systems, improve processes, consolidate data, and establish a secure, scalable technology foundation.

Perform day-to-day accounting tasks across the full accounting cycle including data entry, invoicing, billing, collections, cash receipts, PO-to-receipt matching, month- and year-end support, process improvement, and administrative support for the accounting department.

Field-based sales engineer who builds relationships with facility and operations leaders, diagnoses HVAC/mechanical system needs, creates clear proposals, supports delivery through project lifecycle, maintains accurate CRM pipeline, and partners with service teams to retain high-stakes critical-facility accounts.
