Manage a portfolio of US-based SaaS merchants, driving retention, product adoption, customer satisfaction, and expansion opportunities. Build trusted relationships through consultations, QBRs, onboarding follow-up, reviews, and outreach campaigns. Partner with Support, Onboarding, Engineering, and Account Management to resolve issues, demonstrate product value, and source expansion opportunities. Maintain SLAs, improve automation and processes, and develop expertise in Okendo’s platform and the broader merchant technology ecosystem.

Manage a portfolio of US-based SaaS customers, driving retention, product adoption, satisfaction, and expansion. Responsibilities include conducting QBRs, onboarding follow-up, customer outreach campaigns, churn prevention, merchant consultations, product education, and sourcing expansion opportunities. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Support, Onboarding, Solutions Engineering, and Account Management teams, while maintaining SLAs, improving processes, and developing expertise in Okendo’s platform and merchant technology ecosystem.
