Responsibilities include conceptual model reviews, mine and tailings planning, closure plan development, cover system design, field investigations, material sampling, HSE activities, cost estimates, technical documentation, proposals, stakeholder engagement, and site visits. The role offers mentoring and development across geotechnical, geoscience, hydrology, and geochemistry disciplines.

Drive business development across Western North America by identifying opportunities, managing strategic client relationships, leading proposals and negotiations, and building partnerships with government, industry, consulting, and research stakeholders. Support regional marketing and community presence while meeting revenue targets, maintaining a qualified sales pipeline, and promoting health, safety, and environmental standards. The role requires travel up to 30%, including occasional international travel.
