Provides client service and administrative support for Trades, Apprenticeship, and ACTION Project programs. Duties include admissions and registration, eligibility assessment, participant database maintenance, marketing and event coordination, stakeholder communications, payment processing, reporting, student record updates, referrals, and travel arrangements. The role supports apprentices, students, mentors, government agencies, and community partners while ensuring compliance with college and project policies.

Owns the vision, roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and continuous improvement of digital products serving learners and staff. Leads discovery, user research, Agile delivery, sprint planning, acceptance criteria, release coordination, adoption, and optimization. Translates organizational and user needs into product priorities, collaborates with technical, design, and operational teams, and evaluates automation, AI, platforms, and integrations. Uses analytics, feedback, and service insights to measure outcomes while ensuring accessibility, usability, stakeholder alignment, and business value.
