Teams at Ohr

Own end-to-end people operations for a growing company, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS administration, payroll, benefits, employee support, and multi-state compliance. Partner with managers and employees on performance, employee relations, and policy interpretation. Help establish a new Colorado headquarters, onboard approximately 50 local hires, administer the PEO relationship, and build scalable people processes. This is a six-month temporary role intended to convert to a permanent hybrid position.

Build and maintain secure data pipelines and integrations across business platforms, laboratory systems, analytical instruments, and messy data sources. Own schema design, orchestration, monitoring, quality controls, documentation, and compliant data isolation for export-controlled information. Create a unified lakehouse foundation supporting analytics, dashboards, machine learning, R&D, manufacturing, and operations. Partner with scientists and technical teams to integrate HPLC, GC, Invert Bio, APIs, spreadsheets, PDFs, and semi-structured records.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for scientific, engineering, and operational roles while building Ohr’s talent acquisition infrastructure. Responsibilities include sourcing, interview coordination, offer management, agency oversight, ATS and reporting implementation, recruitment events, university partnerships, and employer branding. The role is a six-month temporary engagement intended to convert to a permanent hybrid position in the Greater Denver-Boulder area.
