Designs, configures, tests, deploys, trains, and supports Epic applications across clinical and revenue cycle workflows. Gathers requirements, maps workflows, manages projects, develops documentation, coordinates integrations and reporting, supports upgrades and go-lives, resolves incidents within SLAs, and ensures regulatory compliance, data integrity, privacy, and security. May focus on Epic application build or training curriculum management while mentoring analysts and leading cross-functional teams.

Designs, configures, tests, deploys, trains, and supports Epic and related healthcare applications. Gathers requirements, maps workflows, manages system projects and upgrades, coordinates integrations and reporting, resolves incidents within SLAs, and supports regulatory compliance, data integrity, security, and change management. May focus on application build or training curriculum management. Partners with clinical, operational, analytics, interface, and IT teams while mentoring junior analysts.

Supports the design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and ongoing support of Epic applications, particularly RTE, Cadence, and Prelude. Gathers requirements, maps workflows, manages documentation, supports small projects, validates integrations and reporting, handles incidents and service requests, and contributes to regulatory compliance and ITIL processes. May focus on Epic application build or role-based training, including curriculum maintenance, training environment readiness, and go-live support.
