Tenure-track faculty member responsible for teaching undergraduate data analytics courses, developing curriculum, advising and mentoring students, conducting a focused research program, and contributing service to the program, university, and profession. The role emphasizes interdisciplinary instruction, inclusive pedagogy, experiential learning, and collaboration across academic disciplines.

Student researchers will investigate data sources, perform exploratory data analysis, select influential features, build and validate predictive models, and document methods and findings for a water utility analytics project. The role provides hands-on experience across the data science lifecycle, including data discovery, cleaning, analysis, machine learning, and research documentation. Students work independently with faculty mentorship for 5–8 hours weekly during Fall 2026.

Leads accounting operations including reconciliations, accounts payable, procurement, reporting, close activities, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. Designs automation and process improvements using data analytics, AI-enabled accounting tools, and robotic process automation. Evaluates costs, contracts, and vendor performance; guides staff; and partners across the university to implement technology enhancements, improve financial accuracy, reduce manual work, and optimize purchasing.
