Assists with daily culinary and food service operations, including meal preparation, portioning, serving, food cart delivery, cleaning, sanitation, menu handling, special events, resident support, and basic documentation. Maintains quality, infection-control, safety, and confidentiality standards while providing welcoming service to residents and visitors. Weekend, evening, and holiday work is required as scheduled. On-the-job training is provided, and prior food service experience is helpful but not required.

Performs daily safety and physical security activities for a life plan community, including surveillance, building and grounds patrols, emergency response, access control, incident investigation, resident assistance, safety policy enforcement, and shift reporting. Maintains accurate logs and confidential resident information while responding to fire alarms, mechanical emergencies, suspicious circumstances, and requests from residents, staff, visitors, families, and emergency responders. The role requires weekend, evening, holiday, and 24/7 on-call coverage as needed.

Provides culinary and nutritional services for residents, including meal and snack preparation, food serving, tray and cart delivery, portion control, dishwashing, cleaning, sanitation, menu handling, and special event support. Maintains infection control, confidentiality, records, and a welcoming dining experience while following applicable standards and regulations. Food service experience is helpful but not required because training is provided.
