Provides reception and clerical support by answering multi-line phones, greeting and directing visitors, maintaining directories and visitor logs, distributing mail, responding to resident and staff needs, handling emergency notifications, completing administrative tasks, and supporting location-specific activities such as inventory, scheduling, ticket sales, and records maintenance.

Performs administrative, accounting, payroll, benefits, recruiting, and human resources duties for a senior living residence. Maintains resident and employee files, processes invoices and payroll, tracks charges, supports benefits and workers’ compensation paperwork, and assists with hiring. Provides receptionist and customer service support by answering calls, greeting visitors, addressing billing questions, maintaining confidentiality, and communicating resident information appropriately.

Plans, develops, delivers, and evaluates employee orientation, mandatory training, continuing education, and on-the-job programs for a healthcare community. Oversees nurse aide competency training, maintains educational materials and records, supports quality assurance and regulatory compliance, tracks employee health records, and may supervise a CNA instructor. Requires an Ohio RN license, staff education and healthcare experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
