Provides front-desk and administrative support for an ENT clinical practice. Responsibilities include opening and closing the office, answering phones, scheduling appointments and referrals, checking patients in and out, entering and scanning information in the EMR, verifying insurance, collecting payments, balancing transactions, handling billing denials, coordinating forms, and communicating with patients and clinical staff.

Prepares and maintains sterile instruments, supplies, equipment, and fields for operative and invasive procedures. Scrubs during surgery, anticipates surgical team needs, assists with draping and counts, prepares dressings, cleans instruments for processing, and prepares operating rooms for subsequent patients. Maintains confidentiality, follows safety and regulatory requirements, participates in competency training, and supports pain management and effective team communication in a hospital setting.

Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care in a hospital setting, including patient assessment, care planning, medication and treatment administration, delegation, monitoring, documentation, patient education, pain management, emergency response, infection control, and collaboration with physicians and clinical teams. The RN also supports quality improvement, staff coaching, regulatory compliance, equipment safety, and ongoing professional development.
