Leads procurement strategy, vendor contract negotiations, purchase-order and procure-to-pay processes, inventory and capex management, expense controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Partners with research, engineering, finance, operations, and facilities teams to optimize supplier performance, spending, compliance, and procurement operations.

Leads Ohalo’s commercial launch in Brazil, owning go-to-market strategy, grower and processor partnerships, channel development, revenue pipeline, regulatory coordination, and institutional relationships. The role builds the Brazil commercial team, manages pioneer farm trials, guides TPS adoption, monitors market intelligence, and advises global leadership on expansion. Extensive travel across Brazil and internationally is expected.

Provide high-velocity executive support to the COO: own complex calendar management, coordinate travel and itineraries, track action items, prepare meeting materials, manage visitor and event logistics, provide backup office-manager coverage, and handle personal-assistant tasks with discretion. Leverage Google Workspace and AI tools to optimize workflows in a fast-growing startup environment.
