Serve as the first contact for prospective clients in English and Turkish, conduct intake interviews, qualify leads, present legal services, handle objections, secure retainers, schedule attorney consultations, and maintain accurate HubSpot CRM records. The role also requires follow-up with leads, coordination with attorneys and sales staff, and effective remote work across U.S. and Turkish time zones.

Manage U.S. business immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up, focusing on O-1, EB-1A, and EB-2 NIW petitions. Prepare USCIS forms, petition letters, legal briefs, support letters, and evidence packages; conduct legal research; communicate with clients; track deadlines and case records; and coordinate multiple matters independently in a remote team.

Part-time remote IT intern assisting with internal support tickets, employee onboarding/offboarding, hardware/software troubleshooting, device and account setup, and documenting IT processes to support smooth IT operations.
