The Sales Effectiveness Intern will assist the Sales Effectiveness team with Salesforce tasks, improve sales processes, and support commercial teams in data management and tool adoption.

12-month internship supporting ESG, DEI, and employee experience programs. Tasks include carbon footprint data collection and SBTi support, ESG reporting, DEI campaign planning and analysis, building an employee champions network, running recognition and milestone programs, coordinating wellbeing events, and using AI tools to draft communications and generate insights. The role involves stakeholder engagement across 18 countries and end-to-end ownership of visible internal initiatives.
