Lead French employee relations: manage CSE meetings, union relationships, local negotiations, ensure legal compliance with French labor law, prepare mandatory social reports, monitor legal changes, coordinate international HR reviews and external counsel, and maintain complex HR datasets and trackers to inform strategic decisions.

Lead and centralize global Procure-to-Pay operations, build a P2P center of excellence, redesign workflows, enforce compliance, implement KPI reporting, manage P2P tools (TravelPerk, Expensify, Yooz/Pivot), drive automation and AI-led improvements, and manage/support the P2P team and stakeholders.

Build and grow executive relationships with WPP and other agency holdcos, own forecasting and pipeline, maintain CRM hygiene, surface product needs to Product, deliver high customer service and represent Ogury at industry events to drive revenue.
