Coordinate campus visit communications and schedules, manage daily visit systems (Slate), support large enrollment events, recruit/train/supervise ~10 student ambassadors, manage ambassador budget, handle mailings and visitor inquiries, and perform other admission-office duties.

Manage daily gift processing and data entry in Raiser's Edge, produce acknowledgments and fundraising reports, support data cleanup and imports, coordinate with Advancement colleagues on appeals and events, and assist with monthly reconciliation and general operations tasks.

Lead design and delivery of employee experience across the lifecycle including onboarding, learning, engagement, wellness, recognition, and internal communications. Partner with campus leaders to build scalable learning programs, facilitate trainings, manage required compliance training, maintain HR content on intranet/SharePoint, use Microsoft 365 tools to automate processes, measure effectiveness, and report recommendations to improve retention and culture.
