Provides research assistance, reference consultations, information literacy instruction, workshops, orientations, and online learning resources for students and faculty. Coordinates instructional services, develops research assignments and guides, evaluates programs, supports electronic resources and the library website, and leads outreach, events, programming, and social media. Collaborates with faculty and campus stakeholders while contributing to committees, professional development, scholarship, and library service initiatives.

Provide career counseling, coaching, and curricular instruction; administer Handshake and career platforms; collect and analyze student outcome data; cultivate employer and alumni partnerships; plan and run recruitment events, career fairs, and experiential learning programs; support launch of career communities and supervise student ambassadors.

Manage and optimize enrollment systems and application platforms (Slate, Common App, Coalition), maintain data integrity and integrations with SIS (Ellucian Colleague/IDataHub), develop enrollment reports and dashboards, administer application workflows and appeals, and oversee non-degree applicant populations while documenting processes and training staff.
