Leads advancement operations spanning gift processing, reconciliation, donor CRM data management, reporting, prospect analysis, fundraising support, data integrity, and event coordination. Uses Raiser's Edge to generate reports, fulfill data requests, manage imports and cleanups, identify donor prospects, and support fundraising performance. Collaborates with campus partners and advancement colleagues while managing projects, deadlines, and operational tasks.

Provides research assistance, reference consultations, information literacy instruction, workshops, orientations, and online learning resources for students and faculty. Coordinates instructional services, develops research assignments and guides, evaluates programs, supports electronic resources and the library website, and leads outreach, events, programming, and social media. Collaborates with faculty and campus stakeholders while contributing to committees, professional development, scholarship, and library service initiatives.

Provide career counseling, coaching, and curricular instruction; administer Handshake and career platforms; collect and analyze student outcome data; cultivate employer and alumni partnerships; plan and run recruitment events, career fairs, and experiential learning programs; support launch of career communities and supervise student ambassadors.
