Manage daily gift processing and data entry in Raiser's Edge, produce acknowledgments and fundraising reports, support data cleanup and imports, coordinate with Advancement colleagues on appeals and events, and assist with monthly reconciliation and general operations tasks.

Manage a portfolio of leadership annual giving prospects ($1,000–$10,000), execute personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies, meet visit/solicitation/revenue goals, transition prospects to major gift officers, maintain CRM records, partner with alumni engagement and campus stakeholders, and support multi-channel annual giving campaigns and events.

Provide career counseling, coaching, and curricular instruction; administer Handshake and career platforms; collect and analyze student outcome data; cultivate employer and alumni partnerships; plan and run recruitment events, career fairs, and experiential learning programs; support launch of career communities and supervise student ambassadors.
