Manage Schenk Lake and related recreation facilities, including the aerial challenge course, equipment rentals, refreshment stands, events, and Elm Hill Facility. Supervise subordinate supervisors and staff, oversee hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety documentation, budgets, and facility operations. Coordinate special events, direct trolley drivers, provide guest service, resolve complaints, and ensure clean, safe, orderly activity areas.
