Provides professional nail services including gel applications and removal, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, and hand and foot massages. Maintains equipment, products, cleanliness, and sanitation standards; follows spa protocols and regulations; evaluates guests before treatments; delivers excellent customer service; and promotes retail products. Requires a current West Virginia cosmetology or nail technician license.

Assists the Director with daily horticulture, grounds, and Festival of Lights operations at Oglebay. Oversees budgets, capital projects, light display development, contractors, grounds maintenance, irrigation, plant health, equipment, snow removal, tree care, staffing, training, scheduling, and safety. Manages five supervisors overseeing up to 34 employees and supports hiring, performance management, and guest relations.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining personnel files and HR databases, preparing reports, assisting with payroll and claims, processing workers’ compensation and unemployment documentation, supporting recruiting events, managing confidential records, reviewing invoices, and providing clerical assistance. Requires strong organization, interpersonal skills, discretion, time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ADP systems.
