Process and maintain accounts payable across group entities, ensure timely accurate supplier payments, reconcile supplier accounts, respond to and resolve queries, support GST/VAT preparation, ensure regulatory and internal control compliance, contribute to process improvements and assist with ad hoc finance tasks and team support.

Support Europe & Asia revenue team by managing revenue cycle and WIP, producing and distributing legal invoices, resolving billing queries, maintaining billing system expertise, implementing process improvements, and liaising with clients and fee earners to ensure timely, compliant billing.

Manage the revenue cycle for assigned partners: create, amend and distribute legal invoices, review WIP with fee earners, resolve billing queries, improve billing processes and support finance team.
