Provide corporate and commercial legal advice, draft and review transaction documents, manage client relationships, prepare fee estimates, oversee billing and compliance, support knowledge management and AI adoption, mentor junior lawyers, lead matters, and contribute to internal projects. The role focuses on private equity transactions, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate advisory, Cayman corporate procedures, and complex corporate structures.

Provides technically complex legal advice within a Jersey dispute resolution practice, manages client relationships, supports business development, oversees billing and budgets, contributes to knowledge management, and leads, coaches, and develops junior team members. The role also includes recruitment input, performance reviews, presentations, training, and maintaining a strong understanding of clients’ business needs and market developments.

Provides supervised legal advice to clients, supports senior fee earners, manages billing and work in progress, prepares fee estimates, develops client relationships and business opportunities, and assists with coaching junior staff and interns.
