Supports the Investor Services Manager with investor KYC, AML and AEOI due diligence across Cayman Islands, Singapore and Hong Kong requirements. Prepares FATCA and CRS reporting files, manages investor onboarding and billing, maintains investor registers and static data, handles client and fund manager queries, and issues dealing confirmations, reports and statements. The role requires strong fund administration experience, regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, client service skills, and fluent Mandarin and English.
