Oversee billing, collections, reconciliations, fee payments, aged-debt monitoring, internal controls, audit support, and management reporting. The role ensures accurate and timely billing operations, resolves escalated issues, coordinates government fee payments, and identifies automation and AI opportunities. It also manages, coaches, and develops billing staff while partnering with Finance, directors, and legal and corporate administration teams.

Provides legal advice and client service across investment funds, private equity, regulatory, and corporate matters. Responsibilities include drafting advice, handling client questions, managing matter estimates and billing, monitoring compliance, contributing to knowledge management, mentoring junior lawyers, and supporting internal initiatives. Requires a qualified lawyer with at least six years of post-qualification experience, strong academic credentials, relevant leading-law-firm experience, excellent drafting, analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
