Conduct quantitative research and consulting projects for Fortune 500 clients, including data transformation, statistical analysis, machine learning, forecasting, visualization, and automated reporting. Collaborate with data scientists, designers, and project managers to develop client and internal data science solutions, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and advise analysts and sales leaders on analytical methods.

Analyze NPS, customer experience metrics, survey data, and multiple data sources to identify trends and drivers. Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, synthesize findings, and translate analysis into clear narratives and actionable recommendations. Partner with CX, research, analytics, and business stakeholders to answer complex questions, support measurement initiatives, and inform customer experience strategy.
