Build, maintain, debug, and optimize data pipelines across AWS and GCP. Support data ingestion, transformation, warehousing, testing, monitoring, database performance, backup and recovery. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams in an agile environment, troubleshoot production issues, contribute to cloud architecture and operational best practices, and provide technical handover and escalation support.

Leads client onboarding, ongoing customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, risk-rating reviews, and AML/CTF monitoring across Singapore and APAC. Oversees escalations, audits, remediation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, team performance, coaching, resource planning, and continuous improvement. Partners with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Client Protection, and frontline teams while reporting risk trends and operational metrics to leadership.
