Teams at OFX

Sources and qualifies new sales opportunities through high-volume phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach. Researches prospects, presents OFX products, identifies client needs, conducts initial qualification, schedules meetings for Business Development Managers, and maintains accurate Salesforce records. The role requires meeting prospecting targets, including 50+ outbound calls daily, while collaborating effectively and developing strong knowledge of OFX’s financial solutions.

Leads the design, operation, security, and evolution of OFX’s AWS estate, CI/CD pipelines, and secure engineering platform. Builds standardized automation using GitHub Actions, scanning, and policy-as-code; embeds security, compliance, and reliability controls into delivery workflows. Reviews infrastructure changes, leads incident response, mentors engineering teams, influences stakeholders, and shapes platform and security strategy. Requires hands-on cloud security expertise, strong software engineering skills, enterprise DevSecOps experience, and participation in on-call rotations.

Reviews transaction monitoring alerts, analyzes customer activity against profiles, identifies fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing risks, and escalates concerns for investigation. The role supports financial crime investigations, regulatory compliance, process improvement, knowledge sharing, and high-quality service while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and deadlines.
