Own a portfolio of strategic and enterprise customers, driving retention, margin, pricing, contract strategy, tenders, renewals, and negotiations. Build executive-level relationships across operations, procurement, finance, and supply chain. Analyze lane-level cost-to-serve, address margin leakage, lead strategic business reviews, resolve systemic issues, and mentor customer success managers. The role requires strong commercial ownership, analytical communication, and experience growing share of wallet while mitigating churn.

Own full-cycle B2B sales for fuel cards, bulk fuel, and finance products targeting Australian transport operators. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, qualification, closing, customer activation, retention, upselling, cross-selling, CRM maintenance, and meeting sales targets. The role requires frequent phone-based outbound selling, strong commercial and financial literacy, relationship building with owner-drivers and fleets, and collaboration with Marketing. Customer meetings, depot visits, and industry events are also part of the role.

Lead Ofload's finance function and partner with CEO, Executive Team and Board to drive IPO readiness, capital raising, M&A, post-merger integration, finance transformation, governance, and commercial performance. Build an institutional-grade finance organisation, strengthen board reporting and investor relationships, and mentor a high-performing finance team to support strategic exits and long-term value creation.
