Build diverse pipelines, design scalable recruiting programs and structured interviews, analyze recruiting metrics, and advise leaders on compensation and hiring trends while leveraging AI to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes.

The Product Marketing Director will lead the marketing efforts for AI-powered workplace technology, focusing on positioning, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and leveraging AI tools for enhanced operations across teams.
