The Lead Software Engineer will architect and evolve OfficeSpace's AI platform, focusing on full-stack systems, AI features, and mentorship while ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Build outbound pipeline into mid-market and enterprise accounts using ABX programs and AI-powered sales tools. Research and map stakeholders, personalize outreach, run cadences, qualify using MEDDPICC, and partner with AEs to accelerate pipeline and hit weekly/monthly targets.

Own success, retention, renewal, and growth for strategic enterprise customers. Build executive partnerships, lead onboarding and adoption, run QBRs, and develop strategic Success Plans. Use AI-powered customer success tools to monitor health, predict risk, and surface expansion opportunities. Partner cross-functionally to resolve issues and influence product direction, design AI-assisted engagement workflows, and scale playbooks and automation to drive measurable business outcomes.
