Teams at Office Practicum

Deliver instructor-led, group, webinar, remote, and onsite training and go-live support for Office Practicum EHR and practice management software. Perform workflow analysis, develop training content and curricula, troubleshoot client issues, stay current with releases, and optimize software use for clinicians and staff. Provide up to 50% travel for onsite implementations.

Lead full-funnel growth and revenue marketing to drive pipeline and opportunities. Own lead capture, routing, scoring, and conversion; manage webinars, paid channels, email, and AI-driven discovery; align with Sales and outsourced BDRs; run experiments, optimize workflows in HubSpot, ensure accurate attribution, and build reporting to improve pipeline velocity and campaign ROI.
