Design, develop, and maintain custom CRM and HR solutions on the Zoho platform. Customize Zoho apps using Deluge and JavaScript, integrate via Zoho APIs, manage Zoho Creator databases, build workflows, reports, dashboards, perform testing, and collaborate with clients to deliver cloud applications.

Identify, qualify, and nurture B2B leads through the sales pipeline. Engage clients across regions and industries, communicate value of technology solutions, and support business growth.

Create and maintain user-facing product documentation (user guides, API references, FAQs, release notes, tutorials) using Markdown and version control. Translate complex technical information for users, edit content, and manage documentation structure. Build and nurture online communities (Discord, Slack, forums, social), produce content (blogs, newsletters, videos), and organize webinars, AMAs, hackathons to drive engagement and support developer/user advocate programs.

Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites. Customize themes and plugins, manage hosting/DNS/email, optimize speed and security, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with internal teams.

Develop, customize, integrate, test, and document applications built with Zoho Creator. Support R&D for industry solutions, collaborate with senior developers, and continuously learn Zoho features.
