Own the full sales cycle for SMB and B2B customers, including prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth. Conduct inbound and cold-outreach sales to brick-and-mortar businesses, report activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a strong track record selling marketing or advertising services by phone, and a proactive, hunter-oriented approach.

Lead full sales cycle for small-to-mid brick-and-mortar businesses: prospect, pitch, close, onboard, and grow revenue. Build and manage pipeline, forecast bookings, perform outbound prospecting, report activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops. Work hybrid in Bellevue.

Build and operate high-volume Java backend services and event-driven pipelines for messaging, notifications, location, and subscriptions. Own features from design through deployment and experimentation, improve reliability and performance, integrate third-party platforms, participate in code reviews and on-call support, maintain monitoring and runbooks, and mentor junior engineers. Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, Marketing, and mobile/web engineering teams while using AI coding tools to improve development quality and velocity.
