Hands-on Principal Product Designer responsible for translating OfferUp’s brand strategy into distinctive, trustworthy product experiences. The role includes auditing the current experience, designing strategic mobile user flows in Figma, developing prototypes and hypotheses, conducting research and experimentation, creating reusable design-system patterns, partnering with Product and Engineering, and advancing work into live experiments or implementation. The designer will also provide recommendations for long-term design capabilities and measure qualitative and behavioral outcomes.

The role includes auditing the current experience, identifying high-value opportunities, designing and prototyping key mobile experiences in Figma, validating hypotheses through research and experimentation, creating reusable design-system patterns, partnering with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering, and advancing work into live experiments or implementation. Success is measured through improved comprehension, activation, trust, local engagement, retention, and adoption of reusable design principles.

Own the full sales cycle for SMB and B2B customers, including prospecting, pitching, closing, onboarding, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue growth. Conduct inbound and cold-outreach sales to brick-and-mortar businesses, report activity in Salesforce, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Business Operations. The role requires fluent Spanish and English, a strong track record selling marketing or advertising services by phone, and a proactive, hunter-oriented approach.
