Teams at Ofcom

Support Ofcom's leadership transformation by analysing leadership data, producing insight products, designing and delivering targeted development interventions, shaping leadership forums, driving engagement and embedding development into routines, and monitoring impact to recommend continuous improvements.

Manage identification, recruitment and end-to-end relationships with influencers and partner organisations to communicate Ofcom policy (particularly online safety). Scope and shortlist partners using research tools, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms and contracts, collaborate with internal teams on messaging, and measure reach and impact.

Provide face-to-face and remote ICT support for ~2,000 users across UK offices: diagnose and resolve incidents, manage assets, support Microsoft 365/Windows/AD/networking, operate AV and event technologies, use ServiceNow, escalate and collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to maintain SLAs and improve services.
