Teams at OEC

Educates existing OEC customers about the PartsTech platform through high-volume outbound calls and email. Researches and pre-qualifies accounts, engages decision-makers, generates platform signups, documents activities in Salesforce, and meets sales targets and performance metrics. This hybrid role requires at least 50 daily dials and onsite work in Bee Cave, Texas, three days per week.

Owns and prioritizes the product backlog for Collision solutions, translating business goals and customer feedback into features and AI agentic workflows. Writes user stories and acceptance criteria, leads Agile ceremonies, partners with UX and technical teams, supports launch readiness, and tracks post-launch performance. Requires at least three years of software Product Owner experience, hands-on AI tool usage, strong communication, customer engagement, and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.

Designs application technology roadmaps, architectural blueprints, scalable cloud-native solutions, and modernization initiatives. Advises product and technology teams on application architecture, microservices, APIs, security, and deployment. Establishes coding and architectural standards, leads proof-of-concept efforts, collaborates across enterprise teams, mentors engineers, researches emerging technologies, and represents the company in technology communities.
