Owns customer implementation workstreams from onboarding through long-term success. The role manages deployment projects, timelines, stakeholder relationships, risks, and blockers while supporting scalable implementation playbooks. The specialist works cross-functionally with customers, implementation managers, and internal product teams to deliver measurable value and successful launches.

As Implementation Manager, you will oversee customer deployments of the Odyssey platform, ensure successful implementations, and facilitate communication across teams to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.

Leads training, quality assurance, and knowledge management for Odyssey’s Support organization. Develops onboarding and ongoing training, QA standards and scorecards, documentation governance, and performance reporting. Uses QA, CSAT, escalation, and operational data to identify root causes and drive coaching, process, and knowledge improvements. Manages two associates, establishes scalable operating rhythms, and partners cross-functionally to prepare support teams for program, policy, and product changes.
