Manages application incidents from documentation and troubleshooting through resolution and communication. Serves as the escalation point for complex incidents, coordinates leadership, vendors, clinical teams, hospital staff, and customers, and drives service improvements. Produces incident trends, dashboards, and reports while supporting ITIL processes, clinical application troubleshooting, issue remediation, and EHR implementations.
