Leads end-to-end recruiting for direct care, clinical, nursing, executive, and business development roles. Partners with hiring managers to define requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and complete hiring paperwork. Builds strategic talent pipelines, conducts outreach and recruiting events, supports internship programs, ensures employment-law compliance, and mentors Talent Acquisition team members.

Serves as the primary HR advisor to corporate leaders, handling employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, workforce planning, organizational design, recruiting support, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and HR initiatives. Maintains HR records, supports HRIS audits, coaches managers, interprets engagement data, and partners with Legal, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and field HR teams.

Provides nutrition care for clients in residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment. Responsibilities include nutritional education, individual counseling, caloric and healthy-weight monitoring, food challenges, meal planning, cooking and nutrition groups, family meetings, discharge coordination, menu review, dietary policy support, and insurance nutrition documentation. The Dietitian also supports infection-control compliance and may perform dietary care specialist and resistance-training duties.
