Manages centralized property administration across move-ins, resident communications, delinquencies, collections, renewals, transfers, move-outs, resident ledgers, notices, and post-move-out processes. The role coordinates sensitive financial and resident matters, maintains compliance documentation, supports eviction and debt-collection escalations, and operates accounting, ledger, and AI-enabled systems across multiple properties.

Manage end-to-end payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees (Paylocity), administer all employee benefits including enrollments, terminations, open enrollment and COBRA, support FMLA and disability coordination, maintain HRIS records, produce payroll/HR reports, ensure compliance (garnishments, tax levies), and coordinate with brokers and third-party administrators.
