Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, supervise floor staff, manage POS transactions, ensure food and beverage quality and regulatory compliance, maintain safety and sanitation (ServSafe), handle guest and employee issues, manage inventory and documentation, and enforce company policies to achieve service and operational standards.

Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, maintain and evolve brand standards, collaborate with marketing and venue teams, create signage, merchandise, menus and event collateral, and format graphics for social, print, and TV screens while meeting deadlines and brand consistency.
