Lead product for backend capabilities of a VA veteran health portal: own backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, partner with engineering/design/VA stakeholders, run Agile ceremonies, track delivery, prioritize using data and research, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional technical response efforts for VA systems: plan projects, track milestones, coordinate resources, communicate with stakeholders, drive rapid resolution of enterprise-level technical issues, and manage project tracking in Jira.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows. Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform. Operate Kubernetes and containerized environments (EKS, ECS, Fargate) and tooling such as Argo Workflows. Support AI engineering platform adoption and partner with DevOps, Architecture, and Development teams to implement scalable, secure infrastructure patterns and internal developer tooling.
