Client-facing pensions consultant managing end-to-end pension-splitting cases in divorce. Produce pension-on-divorce reports, interpret DB/DC/hybrid benefits and CETVs, maintain case records, liaise with solicitors and advisers, and ensure clear, empathetic communication throughout the process.

Work directly with clients to build personalised financial plans, motivate clients to act, coordinate with internal teams, identify client pain points, and provide data-driven insights to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
