Advise on follow-on investments, portfolio company matters, shareholder issues, secondary transactions, and exits. Manage external counsel, legal spend, stakeholders, and transaction execution while improving legal processes through standardization, automation, AI, and legal technology. Support fund structures, strategic legal initiatives, precedents, and internal guidance.

Support and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for renewable energy projects across development, construction, and operations. Develop communication plans, coordinate community consultations and local events, manage community funding programs, maintain stakeholder databases, and provide crisis communications and media relations support. Build trusted relationships with communities and stakeholders across Australia while supporting Octopus Australia’s social licence to operate.
