Help customers switch energy suppliers, choose gas and electricity tariffs, and adopt low-carbon technologies such as heat pumps and solar. Support electric vehicle charger customers with initial installation questions and coordinate handoffs to specialist teams. Own customer queries end-to-end, troubleshoot issues, communicate clearly, and provide empathetic, personalized solutions in a fast-changing environment.

Lead Octopus Energy’s East Anglia field sales team, coaching ambassadors and team leaders at venues, events, retail locations, and face-to-face settings. Drive regional customer acquisition, energy switching, and adoption of low-carbon technology products. Use data and performance insights to improve results, recruit and develop employees, maintain accountability, and represent company values while delivering growth plans and an exceptional customer experience.

Engage customers face to face at venues, promote Octopus Energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies, compare energy services, and help customers decide whether to switch suppliers. The role focuses on customer service, relationship building, positive brand representation, accurate information, and bringing new customers on board. Sales experience is preferred but not required, and a driving licence is needed to travel between venues.
