Teams at Octopi Brewing

Create and adjust master production schedules, coordinate cellar/packaging/procurement and client teams, plan yeast pitches and generations, troubleshoot production issues, and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders to keep manufacturing on track.

Support cellar operations via SOP creation and maintenance, process optimization, technical trials, and troubleshooting. Maintain programming punchlists and Proleit trends, coordinate with programmers, engineering, maintenance, and brewers, escalate CAPEX needs, and ensure PPE/GMP safety compliance.

Lead and supervise a 24/7 cellar team, manage schedules and performance, maintain and improve SOPs and processes, coordinate with Brewhouse and Packaging, troubleshoot equipment and liquid issues, and develop brewers through the Brewing Career Matrix.
