Create and adjust master production schedules, coordinate cellar/packaging/procurement and client teams, plan yeast pitches and generations, troubleshoot production issues, and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders to keep manufacturing on track.

Lead a regional sales team to drive P&L, distributor collaboration, and account development across the Plains. Execute Annual Business Plans, grow availability, visibility, and velocity of multiple beverage brands, manage volumetric and financial results, and develop team talent.

Support cellar operations via SOP creation and maintenance, process optimization, technical trials, and troubleshooting. Maintain programming punchlists and Proleit trends, coordinate with programmers, engineering, maintenance, and brewers, escalate CAPEX needs, and ensure PPE/GMP safety compliance.
