The Assistant Controller supports monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close; prepares financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports; maintains internal controls and accounting procedures; oversees general ledger activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet reviews; leads and develops accounting staff; improves accounting processes and systems; and partners on transformation initiatives.

The Staff Accountant prepares journal entries, maintains and investigates general ledger activity, performs balance sheet reconciliations, and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Responsibilities also include processing AP and AR, reconciling bank deposits and credit cards, supporting financial statements and management reports, monitoring tax reporting, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Lead a beverage production shift across cellar, batching, brewhouse, and packaging operations. Make real-time production decisions, coordinate communication, delegate work, support staffing and scheduling changes, provide team feedback, troubleshoot brewing or manufacturing issues, and ensure documentation, sanitation, safety, and shift handoffs are completed properly.
