The Staff Accountant prepares journal entries, maintains and investigates general ledger activity, performs balance sheet reconciliations, and supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close. Responsibilities also include processing AP and AR, reconciling bank deposits and credit cards, supporting financial statements and management reports, monitoring tax reporting, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining audit-ready records.

Lead a beverage production shift across cellar, batching, brewhouse, and packaging operations. Make real-time production decisions, coordinate communication, delegate work, support staffing and scheduling changes, provide team feedback, troubleshoot brewing or manufacturing issues, and ensure documentation, sanitation, safety, and shift handoffs are completed properly.

Build and maintain time-phased supply plans across SKUs and locations, translating demand forecasts into production, replenishment, and deployment requirements. Monitor inventory health, manage 3PL replenishment, prevent shortages and write-offs, and participate in S&OP/IBP routines. Collaborate with Demand Planning, brewery operations, logistics, finance, and co-packers to balance service, inventory, and cost.
