Build and maintain production AI/ML applications, backend services, data pipelines, and machine learning models. Develop agentic AI systems, LLM and RAG solutions, and MLOps capabilities including monitoring, versioning, A/B testing, and retraining. Collaborate with product, software, platform, and data teams to deliver reliable, explainable, and performant AI solutions for financial markets.

Lead and run Octaura's U.S. broker-dealer compliance program, advise executives on regulatory risk, own AML and surveillance, manage registrations and regulatory filings, embed compliance into product and commercial decisions, select compliance technology, and build data and AI governance while supporting growth and regulatory responses.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for trading products, championing client-driven discovery and GenAI-enabled product processes. Manage and coach Product Managers, partner with engineering, design, GTM and exec leadership, use data to validate outcomes, and make disciplined trade-offs to deliver commercial impact and long-term product direction.
